I lost my job and got behind in child support - and now my ex wife won't let me see my son until I get caught up in child support payments. Can she legally keep me from seeing my son?

Answer: No, "she" cannot keep you apart from your son, but the "judge" can. The judge can throw you in jail for being a "dead beat dad," and it will not look right to the judge that you can afford a lawyer to represent your interests, but you cannot afford to make your legally and morally required child support payments. Does it really make sense to pay for a lawyer to drag her into court, when that same money could instead apply toward your support obligations (where it ought to go) ... to help with the support of your son?

Can I get into trouble for spanking my children?

Answer: Yes, if they're over 30. Seriously, you can run afoul of the law if you go too far with this method of discipline even in the privacy of your own home, and particularly if done in public, despite the wisdom, truth and authority of Proverbs 13:24.
